Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee complex IT initiatives from inception through delivery using PMLC and SDLC processes. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across IT teams and business units.

You will lead cross-functional discussions, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while managing vendors and ensuring audit compliance. PMP/CPCU credentials are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience for complex IT projects.
• Detailed knowledge of PM methodologies and SDLC/PMLC processes.
• Experience managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects independently.
• Commercial insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project phases to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate activities with IT team and business owners/stakeholders.
• Track performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Create and maintain project charters, schedules, risk, and communication plans.
• Secure resources and funding with project team and management.
• Define scopes and schedules with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into IT deliverables and detailed requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and project metrics.
• Manage vendors and ensure delivery.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and report risks to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Complete additional projects as needed.
