Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including five years leading enterprise Agile programs.
• Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
• PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications are required; Lean Portfolio Management/AI/Agile transformation certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership over complex enterprise portfolios and programs.
• Establish vision, priorities, and value-delivery roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio governance, Agile program delivery, and value realization.
