You will guide teams through standups and sprints, leveraging Azure DevOps or JIRA, and foster AI-driven forecasting and governance.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, 5+ years in enterprise Agile, PMP/SAFe certification, and the ability to engage executives with strategic dashboards and recommendations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years progressive project management experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs; PMP and SAFe certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Set portfolio vision, delivery roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Lead enterprise Agile program delivery and portfolio governance.
• Manage cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, resources, and vendors.
• Provide executive-level updates, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive digital transformation, change management, and delivery maturity.
• Use AI-enabled tools for forecasting, risk analysis, resource planning, and insights.
• Mentor project managers and establish Agile/AI delivery standards.
