Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee relationships, planning, resource management, and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to meet business objectives, mentor junior PMs, and drive projects from initiation to final deliverables.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT project management.
Strong knowledge of the SDLC, IT tools, and implementation approaches.
Experience with multiple methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical business users.
Experience building project plans, risk registers, and resolving obstacles.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
Manage large enterprise IT projects with multiple stakeholders/resources.
Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans.
Define project roles and responsibilities for users and team members.
Define user requirements, deliverables, and approval processes.
Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
Communicate project status clearly to management and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide lower-level Project Managers and recommend training.
