Job summary

Premier ProduceOne is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives, including ERP implementations and migrations. You will coordinate activities across IT, operations, finance, and vendors, maintain project artifacts, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in project support, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PM or IT project support.
Experience supporting ERP or large-scale digital transformation initiatives preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Epicor, ProducePro).
Experience with cross-functional teams in operations, IT, and finance.

Responsibilities

Maintain open communication with project stakeholders on scope, timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT, operations, finance, and vendors.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk logs.
Facilitate project meetings and action-item follow-up.
Support UAT coordination, testing, and issue tracking.
Monitor budgets and assist with project-related expenses.
