Pasona N A, Inc. in California is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead a company-wide ERP rollout.

You will partner with the CFO and senior technology leadership to drive digital transformation, aligning ERP initiatives with business goals and delivering the project from planning through go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, HR and IT, develop roadmaps and budgets, manage risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, CS, or PM.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 3+ years ERP implementations.
• Experience leading ERP projects end-to-end across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Align ERP initiatives with business goals with executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, HR, IT.
• Manage project risks, governance, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and UAT.

Are you an experienced ERP Project Manager passionate about driving digital transformation and leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives?

A well-established and growing food manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of a company-wide ERP system. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), partnering closely with senior technology leadership to modernize business operations across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning through post-go-live stabilization
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align ERP initiatives with business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across:
• Finance & Accounting
• Supply Chain
• Operations
• Manufacturing
• Human Resources
• Information Technology
• Manage project risks, governance, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and user acceptance (UAT)
• Drive organizational change management, user training, and ERP adoption
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
• Support future digital transformation initiatives and system enhancements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years leading ERP implementation or enterprise system projects
• Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of business processes including:
• Finance & Accounting
• Supply Chain
• Manufacturing
• Procurement
• Human Resources
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or other major ERP platforms
• Experience within food manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or CPG industries
