Job summary

Evident is creating a high-visibility IT MDM leadership role within the Enterprise Technology and Innovation Team in Needham, MA. You will architect master data governance across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, drive data quality, and collaborate with executives to prioritize initiatives that align with business goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and ensure data initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, while promoting accountability and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

10+ years IT PM experience with 5+ years leading MDM initiatives in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
Proven success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executives.
Deep SAP master data knowledge and ability to guide business decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead Data Governance Council and align ownership, standards, governance decisions.
Drive end-to-end MDM initiatives including SAP MDM, data migration, governance.
Manage vendor performance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
