Job summary

Honda is seeking an HR/Admin Unit Manager to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT HR/Admin Unit in alignment with business objectives. You will plan and direct activities, partnering with decision makers to implement cost-effective technology solutions and governance for HR, Administration, and related enterprise platforms.

Lead cross-functional teams, shape strategic roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement across North America IT objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/IT, Electronics or related STEM field.
10+ years of IT experience in core business systems in manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Experience delivering presentations to senior leadership and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and direct the HR/Admin IT unit’s activities in alignment with business objectives.
Identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for HR/Admin.
Define IT policies, procedures, and best practices for HR/Admin services.
