Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Telecommunications, IS, or related field.
• 2-5 years in a largeenterprise IT operations environment.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, configuring end-user technologies (hardware, OS, software).
• VMware Mirage or View experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides hardware technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals.
• Performs IMACs (install/moves/adds/changes) and configurations.
• Upgrades and resolves problems across end-user devices and software.
• Maintains customer relations and supports IT customers.
• Assists Manager/Supervisor with Parkland Projects as needed.
