Job summary

Wiliot seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers deploy and scale its IoT platform in real-world environments. You will work with customers, product, and engineering to design architectures and implement end-to-end solutions that integrate Wiliot into operations.

The role emphasizes customer-facing technical delivery, integration development, and hands-on deployment across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Ability to operate independently in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical deployment of Wiliot solutions with enterprise customers.
Translate customer workflows into technical solution architectures.
Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions using the Wiliot platform.
Build integrations, scripts, or prototypes for customer environments.
Troubleshoot deployment challenges and ensure reliable production implementations.
Run technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate field needs into product improvements.
Help customers expand and scale use cases across their operations.
