Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Manager, Intranet & Communications Tools to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the company's intranet and employee-facing communication platforms.

You will partner with Communications, IT, HR, and business leaders to deliver clear, timely, and engaging messaging aligned to priorities and culture. You will own the roadmap, drive improvements based on analytics, and ensure content is accessible and on-brand across channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal or digital communications or employee experience.
• 5+ years in a role managing enterprise-scale platforms.
• Deep experience owning an enterprise intranet or internal communications platform.
• Strong content strategy and channel management.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and day-to-day leadership of the enterprise intranet as a core communications channel.
• Drive continuous improvement based on employee needs, analytics, and feedback.
• Work cross-functionally to evolve tech and ways of working strategies that engage Store Employees as tech changes.
• Define intranet content strategy, editorial standards, and governance models.
• Partner with Communications, IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure high-quality, relevant, and timely content.
• Ensure content is engaging, inclusive, accessible, and aligned with the company’s voice and brand.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for internal communications, messaging, and channel strategy.
• Build strong relationships to effectively manage input, feedback, and alignment.
