Tapestry, Inc. in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Manager, Intranet & Communications Tools to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the company's intranet and employee-facing communication platforms.

The Senior Manager, Intranet & Communications Tools is accountable for the strategy, governance, and evolution of the company’s intranet and related employee‑facing communication platforms. Sitting within the Communications team, this role ensures the intranet serves as the primary digital front door for employees—delivering clear, timely, and engaging content that supports culture, alignment, and productivity. This role partners closely with Communications leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver clear, timely, and compelling messaging aligned to company priorities, culture, and employee experience.
Supporting enterprise initiatives and day‑to‑day communications, the Senior Manager ensures best use of channels, technology remains updated, innovative, and tracks key performance indicators. The role requires strong platform understanding, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on driving employee understanding, alignment, and engagement.
Base Pay Range: $105,000.00–$130,000.00
