You will translate company values into lived experiences, drive a multi-year roadmap, and partner with HR and leadership to embed inclusive behaviors that enable performance and growth. You will build listening programs, analyze data, report progress, and manage a small global team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Organizational Development or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Communications).
• Strong business acumen and enterprise leadership—link culture to business performance.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for inclusion and culture across Tapestry's global brands.
• Lead a global team of three and evolve the EBRG ecosystem.
• Engage stakeholders and align with HR and leadership to embed inclusive behaviors.
