Job summary

Compass is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to translate strategy into clear, engaging employee communications across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive AI-enabled improvements in content development and workflows.

The role emphasizes storytelling, strong editorial discipline, and program management across announcements, product launches, and integration milestones, with a competitive component and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or related corporate communications.
• Strong editorial eye for detail and copy quality.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus.
• Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives.
• Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with communication plans and materials.
• Project manage communications initiatives with briefs, timelines, and reviews.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across communications on behalf of senior executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language.
• Enable people leaders with tools and guidance to communicate with their teams.
• Support live and virtual team meetings with speaker notes and materials.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows.
• Contribute to engaging content across social platforms to boost brand visibility.
