Job summary

Glean is shaping the Enterprise Intelligence product area by translating enterprise context into proactive insights, dashboards, and workflows. You will collaborate across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market to define bets and execute with a high standard of product craft.

You will own the roadmap, work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover high-value use cases, and balance long-term platform opportunities with urgent customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience owning and shipping meaningful product areas in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics products, or workflow/intelligence platforms.
• Strong product sense for translating complex, ambiguous problems into clear product experiences.
• Deep interest in AI and enterprise software; excited to shape AI-enabled products.
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable partnering with engineering and data teams on data-intensive systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence.
• Spend time with customers and stakeholders to understand high-value use cases.
• Build products turning enterprise context into actionable workflows, dashboards, and proactive experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to scope products with clear user flows.
• Prioritize effectively, balancing long-term opportunities with urgent pain points.
• Work with GTM, solutions, and support teams to reflect enterprise realities.
