Job summary

Glean is hiring a Product Manager for Enterprise Intelligence in San Francisco. You will shape product strategy and lead execution across AI, analytics, and enterprise workflows, partnering with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver proactive insights and dashboards.

You will gather customer needs, translate them into concrete roadmaps, and drive cross‑functional alignment to build a scalable product that turns context into decision-ready intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products.
• Strong product sense; ability to translate ambiguity into executable roadmaps.
• Deep interest in AI and enterprise software with analytics focus.
• Technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering and data teams.
• Proven ability to ship concrete workflows and adoption paths.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence.
• Spend time with customers and stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases.
• Turn context layer, graph, and data into actionable workflows and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to scope work.
• Prioritize customer needs, balance long‑term opportunities with urgent pain points.
• Work with GTM, solutions, and support to reflect enterprise realities.
• Set foundations for the new category across proactive insights and visibility.
• Specify UI behavior, workflows, and adoption paths with clarity.
