Job summary

Glean is seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to help build the Enterprise Brain, a suite of proactive AI products that automate tasks and improve productivity across enterprises.

You will design, implement, and optimize production-ready ML models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid Mountain View role with competitive compensation and strong focus on data quality and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry ML engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready models.
• Experience with ML evaluation, benchmarking, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Tackle challenging ML problems involving user understanding and task prediction.
• Create new LLM workflows and signals for improved reasoning and personalization.
• Design and optimize RL and fine-tuning to improve model quality.
• Lead scalable evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization loops.
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for enterprise knowledge graph construction.
• Monitor data quality and end-to-end system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into ML solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.
