Spotted Zebra is hiring an Integration Solutions Consultant to connect our AI-native hiring platform with enterprise systems such as ATS, Workday/HRIS and SSO. You’ll shape integration scopes, design data flows, and work closely with customers and engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You’ll join a fast-moving, startup-minded team that values practical problem-solving and clear technical communication. Travel and client-ready collaboration across large employers are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver integrations between SaaS products and enterprise systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle).
• Understand APIs, webhooks, data mapping, ETL, and SSO/SAML.
• Lead technical discovery with senior stakeholders and IT teams.
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-evolving product.
• Support sales cycles as technical/solutions expert.
• Contribute to RFPs and security questionnaires.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical integration expert across enterprise implementations.
• Lead integration discovery and map requirements to capabilities.
• Design and document data flows and field mappings.
• Confirm technical feasibility and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales as integration expert.
• Translate requirements into integration specs with Product Manager.
• Own the integration workstream with the Implementation Manager.
• Collaborate with Skills Science and Product Delivery on feasibility.
• Enable phased go-lives with optional later integrations.
• Create repeatable integration playbooks and docs.
