Archipelago Analytics Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Executive to preserve and expand our customer base, partnering with brokers and our go-to-market team.

You will drive pipeline, acquire new logos, and own the ARR from these accounts, leveraging marketing, business development, and engineering resources to win deals. Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the insurance sector.
• Proven ability to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across marketing, BD, and product.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas for top insurance brokers.
• Lead discovery calls, tailor product demos, and drive pilots with clear success criteria.
• Prepare order forms and manage contracting with Finance, Legal, and Security.
• Collaborate with Marketing/BDR, Product, and Customer Success to translate pilots into wins.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report KPIs to optimize the sales process.
