Job summary

PNC is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager for the SRC First Response - Infrastructure Shared Technologies organization. This role will be based in Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland, and will lead the second-shift operations team, guiding incidents and change implementations.

Responsibilities include supporting a diverse stack (WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy, Ansible) and driving automation to improve reliability and reduce

Qualifications

• University degree; 8+ years industry experience; 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading second-shift operations and incident management.
• Strong understanding of diverse tech stacks and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the second-shift operations team during off-hours incidents and changes.
• Support and maintain technologies including WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, and more.
• Drive automation, improve performance, and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with vendors and executives to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Develop and mentor staff to strengthen the management pipeline.
