Job summary
National Carwash Solutions is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise client deployments as we transition customers from legacy POS to AMP Clarity hardware and software.
You will own day-to-day execution from kickoff to go-live, coordinating field teams and hardware logistics, tracking risks, and keeping clients informed with proactive communication and clear ownership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management or implementation experience.
- Experience coordinating hardware and/or software implementations across multiple sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication with high professionalism in client-facing situations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client kickoffs, go-lives, and site visits.
- Car wash, POS, or field-deployment experience a plus.

Responsibilities
- Own assigned client implementations from internal kickoff through project close.
- Maintain detailed project plans outlining milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate field implementation teams across sites.
- Adjust schedules to accommodate client changes and delays.
- Identify and communicate risks and issues across hardware, software, staffing and scheduling.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
- Lead recurring client meetings, driving agenda and momentum.
- Drive software onboarding workstreams and onboarding tasks for clients.
