Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, human capital management, workforce strategy, organizational development, or related field.
• Senior-level experience developing or implementing HR or human capital strategies.
• Experience scaling HR infrastructure during periods of growth.
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, compensation strategy, and job architecture.
• Experience supporting multiple business units, locations, or dispersed workforce.
• Government contracting, defense, maritime, or other regulated industries experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise human capital strategy across multiple companies and operations.
• Develop multi-year workforce strategies aligned with growth, objectives, and federal contract pipeline.
• Evaluate staffing requirements based on contracts, growth, and business needs.
• Develop and maintain enterprise workforce planning models and strategies.
• Lead initiatives to attract, develop, retain, and deploy talent.
• Develop compensation strategy, structures, and job architecture.
• Evaluate job levels, titles, and career paths for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce structure.
• Establish succession planning and talent development for key roles.
• Identify workforce trends, risks, and future talent needs.
• Provide guidance on retention, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate HR systems, policies, and processes to scale with growth.
• Promote consistency of human capital practices across affiliated companies.
