The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, a Master's preferred, and a track record of 10+ years in HR leadership. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of HR experience; or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience managing HR professionals and partnering with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR activities through HR professionals and supervisors.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute workforce strategies.
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational development, and headcount planning.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
