Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities for our Cincinnati machining center of excellence. You will partner with Operations leadership to coach and develop leaders, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-performing, accountable teams.

The role drives workforce planning, employee relations, talent initiatives, and compliance with employment laws while aligning HR programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience; or 8 years with a Master's.
• Experience managing HR professionals and partnering with leaders.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development.
• Experience with HRIS, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources function through HR professionals and/or supervisors.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and headcount planning activities for assigned business areas.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies and support critical staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
