Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive multi-product demonstrations and client engagements across Salesforce product lines. You will partner with customers, Account Executives and Professional Services to define and present tailored solutions, artifacts and roadmaps that deliver business value.

Roles may be office-based, office-flexible or remote depending on the team, with travel as needed. Strong technical and communication skills, plus at least 4 years of professional experience,

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology.
• Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Align innovative strategies to technology solutions for complex accounts.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product solutions.
• Develop and deliver business-focused demonstrations using Salesforce technologies.
• Identify customer needs and position Salesforce solutions to achieve objectives.
• Lead cross-functional solution guides and tailor them to opportunity strategy.
