Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive new business growth within large healthcare organizations and expand existing key accounts in the Sacramento region. The role requires a consultative sales approach, the ability to navigate long sales cycles, and success in closing complex healthcare deals.

You will prospect across hospitals and health systems, partner with field sales teams, and lead strategic account development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, facility services, or service-based industries.
Proven success in new business development and closing complex deals.
Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and decision-making processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

New business prospecting & pipeline development across hospitals and health systems.
Consultative selling and closing of high-value opportunities.
Territory management and cross-functional collaboration with service and operations.
Team leadership and development of TBMs and sales staff.
Account management including site visits and quarterly business reviews.
