Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Partnerships Director, Enterprise Performance to lead strategic hospital and health‑system partnerships in Minnesota and beyond. This role links field operations with centralized support, aligning clinical initiatives to savings goals and building a scalable enterprise performance playbook.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Minnesota and have 10+ years in healthcare client-facing leadership.
• Proven experience managing large hospital/health system partnerships and value-based programs.
• Strong communication with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages at least one large hospital/health system partner with value-based contracts.
• Sets strategic direction with senior leadership for accounts.
• Leads business development and relationship management at the account level.
• Supports operations teams and subject matter experts on enterprise performance.
• Owns financial accountability for accounts and drives operational excellence.
• Lead ACO strategy (50%) and ACO leadership/operations (25%), regional growth (15%), and talent development (10%).
