Superpower is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional who will take ownership of the pipeline and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with complex buyers, navigating the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably with a background in benefits or healthcare. This role offers competitive salary, commission, and equity, with significant opportunities for growth in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales with a track record of carrying and hitting a meaningful new-business quota.
• Benefits, healthcare, or HR-tech experience strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own and close enterprise pipeline.
• Run the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, navigating complex multi-stakeholder committees.
• Partner with consultant and broker relationships.
