Job summary

Neura Market is seeking a strategic Operations leader focused on GTM execution for the Enterprise segment in San Francisco. The role partners with Digital Native Sales leadership and the GTM Strategy & Operations team to drive planning, performance analysis, and operationalize growth initiatives.

You will manage core sales cadences, analyze business performance, and develop scalable processes that improve efficiency and growth across the Enterprise organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting.
• Proven cross-functional partnership across Sales, Finance, Product, Data, and Operations.
• Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic planning and GTM priorities.
• Analyze performance, pipeline health, and funnel metrics.
• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting.
• Develop scalable GTM growth strategies for Enterprise subsegments.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences to drive accountability.
• Collaborate across teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
• Communicate risks and opportunities with stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity and influence across functions.
