Raspberry AI in New York City or San Francisco is seeking a GTM Associate to join our on-site sales team. This role is for ambitious early-career operators who will conduct discovery, break into priority enterprise accounts, and own small commercial inbound deals end-to-end.

You'll partner with AEs and work with Product, CS, and Marketing to surface field insights, craft outbound strategies, and grow into an AE role within ~18 months. Base salary ranges $90k-$110k with equity options.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in BDR/SDR, consulting, banking, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Highly accountable with strong ownership and resilience.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and light closing.
• Located in or willing to relocate to NYC or SF.

Responsibilities

• Execute personalized outbound strategies to break into priority enterprise accounts.
• Run discovery calls to validate fit, pain, workflow, and urgency.
• Close small commercial inbound deals (<5 users) end-to-end.
• Collaborate with AEs and Product/Marketing/CS to surface field insights.
• Assist in shaping outbound strategy with the team.
