Job summary

VBeyond Corporation seeks a Manager to drive new business across the Midwest and wider North America, focusing on healthcare, life sciences and manufacturing. You will help clients achieve digital transformation at scale, including automation-led cost savings and AI-enabled programs, and turn opportunities into signed deals.

The role is hybrid in Chicago with travel across the Midwest and North America, collaborating with partners and delivery teams to execute bids and shape solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in business development, client partnership, bid management or consulting within IT services or technology.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or pipeline targets.
• Experience leading complex proposals or RFP responses, including pricing and commercial structuring.
• Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences or manufacturing and understanding of digital transformation and automation programs.
• Working knowledge of Gen AI and how it applies to enterprise use cases.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation and revenue targets for assigned industries and territories.
• Build a trusted-advisor presence with client business and technology leaders.
• Lead bids and proposals end to end: qualification, solution shaping, pricing strategy, commercial terms and executive presentations.
• Partner with client partners and account managers on account plans, cross-sell, upsell and renewals.
• Collaborate with delivery, solutions and practice teams to build tailored, cost-competitive offers for clients.
• Use CRM and marketing tools to manage pipeline hygiene, forecasting and campaign follow-up.
