Vant4ge, based in Utah, seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own features for the Vantage Platform and legacy products. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, compliance, QA and support to deliver market-leading solutions that provide clear customer value.

In an agile setting you will create detailed product stories, prioritize requirements, mentor a distributed team of BAs, QA and developers, and drive releases from planning to deployment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree; technical degree a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of directly related scrum/agile product delivery experience.
• 4 Years as a Product Owner/Project Manager.
• A strong general technical competency required.
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven track record for high quality product delivery.
• In-depth understanding of the agile software development cycle and methodologies.
• Teamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills are a required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and grow-cross functional teams.
• Must work well with others of all personality types in an intense environment.
• Scrum Master Experience and/or Certification is not required, but is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Own product management for features of the Vantage Platform and legacy Products.
• Actively participate in all aspects of the product development cycle.
• In an agile environment, develop detailed product stories/requirements to ensure product delivery.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with customer facing staff as a key resource to address critical pre- and post-sales customer product issues and ultimately help drive product sales engagements to closure.
• Work with your team to build, launch, implement, and support the products you own.
• Plans and Drives releases.
• Lead the development team and mentor them to ensure delivery quality and on-time releases.
