Varick Agents in San Francisco seeks a Head of Growth to own the growth strategy across search, AI-enabled discovery, outbound, and events, and to aggressively build enterprise pipeline. You will lead experiments, measure results, and partner with marketing to accelerate revenue.

5+ years in growth or demand generation with a proven ability to create pipeline from zero, plus strong analytical and AI fluency. On-site in SF, you’ll influence core campaigns and executive events to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or demand generation with ownership of a metric
• Track record building pipeline from zero in B2B or enterprise
• Analytical rigor; measure every channel and cut what doesn’t work
• Deep fluency in AI; use the tools buyers now find vendors
• Commercial instincts; know what a qualified enterprise meeting looks like

Responsibilities

• Own AEO (being cited by AI search such as ChatGPT and Perplexity) and SEO for varickagents.com
• Get Varick onto the lists and publications buyers read, such as top AI transformation company rankings and the Forbes AI 50
• Run outbound with our partner agency: set targets, the messages, and the bar for a qualified meeting
• Set up, host, and fill webinars and executive dinners
• Build the funnel metrics and report weekly on what drives pipeline
• Partner with the Head of Marketing and the founders on campaigns and launches
