The role requires leading cross-functional teams, navigating crypto regulation, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a dynamic blockchain ecosystem. Remote-first with NY office is offered.

• Lead partnerships within the Ethereum ecosystem to drive adoption and trust.
• Collaborate with product to align customer needs with roadmap and timelines.
• Build and manage a high-performing organization across Product, Design, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing.
