Job summary

LegalOn Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for its Governance product to identify and close new business, specifically in legal and finance sectors. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience in LegalTech or enterprise SaaS, with proven success in closing large deals.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $200,000 - $240,000 plus uncapped commission. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Account Executive experience in LegalTech or adjacent SaaS.
• Experience selling to Private Equity and Financial Institutions.
• Proven track record in closing mid-market and enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach.
• Drive deals from first contact through to contract execution.
• Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM tools with precision.
