Job summary

South Tahoe Public Utility District seeks an experienced GIS Analyst II to lead enterprise GIS initiatives and data management for water and wastewater systems. You will develop, maintain, and integrate ESRI-based GIS assets, support multiple departments with maps, dashboards, and field applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field.
• 4 years GIS Analyst I experience; 6 years for Analyst II.
• ≥2 years in water/wastewater utilities.
• Experience administering ESRI enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains enterprise GIS and geodatabases.
• Creates maps, dashboards, and web maps.
• Supports GIS data exchange with CMMS, modeling, drafting, AI, and finance/customer systems.
• Trains staff and ensures QA/QC of GIS data.
• Maintains GIS licenses and infrastructure with IT.
• Reads engineering plans and integrates GPS data.
