Job summary

OpenArt is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative to work with enterprise clients, onboarding and educating their teams, demonstrating workflows, and helping integrate generative AI into their creative processes.

You come from a creative background, speak fluent English, and will lead hands-on training, develop repeatable frameworks, and occasionally contribute to OpenArt Studios while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• From a professional creative background in film, advertising, design, or related field.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of generative AI image and video tools and latest models.
• A portfolio or body of work demonstrating AI-generated content.
• Ability to integrate generative AI into a professional creative workflow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with teaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for OpenArt's enterprise clients with engaging, hands-on sessions.
• Teach generative AI through real creative workflows using image and video generation, prompting, and workflows.
• Become a trusted creative resource for clients and provide follow-up guidance as teams adopt OpenArt.
• Adapt training to different creative teams and use cases (brands, agencies, studios, social teams).
• Standardize and improve our enterprise training process with repeatable frameworks, demos, and resources.
• Stay at the forefront of generative AI and experiment with new models and techniques.
• Contribute creatively to OpenArt Studios on client projects, ideation, demos, and workflows.
• Bring client learnings back to OpenArt to inform product development.
• Represent OpenArt in training sessions and events, virtual and in-person, with clear explanations of creative concepts.
• Travel to client onboarding, workshops, events as needed.
