In this role you’ll book and manage lanes, own day-to-day execution for a high-volume account base, and monitor 100+ pickups daily while collaborating with carriers and internal reps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight transportation experience (3PL preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage dedicated lanes across carrier accounts.
• Own day-to-day execution for a high-volume account base of dedicated and private fleets.
• Monitor and manage 100+ daily pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate consistently with carriers and internal Avenue reps.
• Troubleshoot delays, appointment changes, and service issues in real time.
• Ensure top-tier service and execution across all shipments.
• Navigate multiple internal systems to manage freight efficiently.
