Job summary

Everon is seeking an Enterprise Design Manager to lead the enterprise solutions group and drive technical design within customer projects. The role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication with business and technical stakeholders, and hands-on training for sales teams and engineers.

Travel up to 75% is expected to gather customer requirements, present technology solutions, and ensure alignment with company objectives and due dates.

Qualifications

• Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
• Available for travel up to 75%.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent experience in a similar control industry role.
• Certifications in products currently sold; will be required to be certified.
• Proven Project Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert level of product and applications knowledge.
• Articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users.
• Provide design and specification development support to consultants, integrators, and distributors.
• Assist with RFIs/RFPs pricing elements and labor components.
• Travel to customer locations to gather information and present recommendations.
• Develop and manage a team of Sales Engineers to support enterprise solutions group.
