Job summary

Getty Research Institute's IRA department seeks a limited-term Electronic Records Manager to lead a discovery-phase project developing an enterprise-wide electronic records management program.

The role will coordinate across departments to map current practices, identify gaps, and define requirements to deliver a final report and roadmap for a future ERM program. One-year term with focus on completing the discovery project.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or 5+ years in records or digital content management.
• Experience leading electronic records discovery projects.
• Desirable: Certified Archivist or Certified Records Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan enterprise-wide ERM discovery effort and project plan.
• Engage stakeholders to document data flows and systems.
• Identify risks, gaps, and compliance considerations.
• Define business and functional requirements for ERM.
• Produce final report and roadmap for future ERM program.
• May supervise team members and collaborate on other projects.
