Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a role focused on maintaining and strengthening our email infrastructure. You will own sender authentication, coordinate with Gmail/Workspace teams, and partner across Security, IT, and DevOps for migrations and new mail streams.

With 4+ years of hands-on email experience and strong DNS/auth skills, you will help ensure fast, trusted email delivery across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on email experience with ownership of email infrastructure.
• 2+ years administering Google Workspace at admin level.
• Experience with DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and mail routing.
• Ability to document risks, priorities, and workflows clearly.
• Experience in enterprise settings and with large data platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support email operations in Gmail/Google Workspace environment with routing and integration workflows.
• Configure and maintain enterprise email infrastructure: sending domains, mail routing, relays, and vendor integrations.
• Own sender authentication controls and document standards for future-proofing.
• Partner with deliverability specialists to monitor delivery, investigate failures, and remediate.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and DevOps on new mail streams, migrations, and controls.
• Improve monitoring, analysis, and reporting of throughput and bounces; build repeatable automation workflows.
• Prioritize internal email infrastructure requests balancing business needs and risk.
• Coordinate changes across teams using Jira and Slack to document decisions.
