In this role, you'll help maintain the infrastructure that keeps our enterprise email delivery fast, trusted, and secure. You will own sender authority and authentication controls, and collaborate with Security, IT, and DevOps to support new mail stream setups and operational changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on email experience with ownership of email infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience administering Google Workspace at an administrative level.
• Proven experience with managed DNS, email authentication, SMTP, mail flow, reputation management, bounce handling, and deliverability troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical risk clearly and document reliable processes.

Responsibilities

• Support email operations in Gmail/Google Workspace environment, including mail-routing, authentication, and integration workflows.
• Configure and maintain enterprise email infrastructure: sending domains, mail routing, relays, IPs, and vendor integrations.
• Own sender authority and authentication controls (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and document standards for future-proof setup.
• Partner with deliverability, security, IT, and DevOps to monitor delivery and lead root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Collaborate with teams to improve monitoring, analysis, and reporting of throughput and bounces, and build repeatable workflows through automation.
