Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) is seeking an experienced, enterprise‑level EHS Senior Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety across all U.S. operations, including PA and CA manufacturing facilities, the PA corporate office, and the MA design office.

You will supervise the PA EHS Manager and the CA EHS Lead and establish enterprise standards and governance. The ideal candidate is a systems‑oriented safety leader who can influence executives, partner with HR, Facilities, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in safety, health, or engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience across multiple sites.
• Experience leading and developing EHS leaders.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and state plans.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive‑level EHS leadership across all sites.
• Supervise PA EHS Manager and CA EHS Lead.
• Set enterprise EHS standards, governance, and risk controls.
• Drive regulatory readiness and incident oversight.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Engineering and Operations.
• Navigate cross‑site safety initiatives and training.
