Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site manufacturing or industrial processing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer strategic EHS governance across the enterprise to support growth and limit hazards and liability.
• Advise senior leadership and coordinate with regulatory agencies (e.g., EPA, OSHA) on compliance and response strategies.
• Lead corporate audits and regulate safety programs across all facilities to ensure standardized practices and continuous improvement.
• Drive data-driven insights to the executive team on safety performance and regulatory adherence.
• Champion culture and training initiatives to elevate environmental stewardship and safety compliance across the organization.
