• Owns the development and leadership of the EHS BU Strategy across designated sites.
• Oversees EHS resourcing and builds capability within site networks.
• Mentors site teams and provides onboarding and training.
• Serves as primary point of contact for assigned sites and stakeholders.
• Monitors EHS performance, trends, and reporting to BU Leadership and CSO.
• Provides interim EHS coverage during staffing gaps.
• Supports EHS recovery plans with site leadership and governance.
