Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead strategy, execution, and enterprise value across digital channels. This senior leader oversees web development, marketing automation, analytics, and digital campaigns for a multi‑business‑unit enterprise.

You will partner with Corporate Marketing & Branding leaders and drive digital transformation, platform governance, and measurable outcomes while managing a team across marketing tech, analytics, and creative

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing technology or marketing operations.
• 8+ years leading digital marketing, web or analytics teams.
• Experience with enterprise martech platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitefinity, GA4, BrightEdge, GTM, and Tableau.

Mansioni

• Set and execute the Digital Marketing vision and roadmap in partnership with senior leaders.
• Lead governance and performance of corporate websites, including content strategy and UX principles.
• Develop and operationalize enterprise marketing measurement and dashboards.
• Lead, develop and retain a team of digital marketing and marketing technology professionals.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align digital roadmap with business unit needs and budgets.
