The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on relationship management to align IT services with business objectives.

You will collaborate across divisions, influence technology choices, and help drive adoption of digital and analytics initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience required.
• P&C industry experience and deep knowledge.
• Insurance domain expertise across the value chain.
• Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, data, and analytics.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and align IT services to business needs.
• Define the IT operating model and strategic roadmap for divisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business strategies into technology plans.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IT applications and assets.
• Serve as escalation point to manage risks across the portfolio.
