A3 Staffing Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting Windows 10/11, supporting end users, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic account administration.
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wireless.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and deskside support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and other business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral connectivity issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity.
• Image, deploy, and configure new computers using SCCM/MDT/Intune/Autopilot.
• Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and equipment replacements.
• Support mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Document incidents and service requests in ITSM system.

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite desktopand deskside supportfor end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolveWindows 10/11hardware and softwareissues.
• Install, configure, andsupport desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.

• Provide timely communicationandoutstanding customer servicewhile meeting SLAexpectations.
• Escalate complex issuesto appropriate supportteams when necessary.
• Assist with ITprojects including officemoves, equipment refreshes, Windows upgrades, andtechnology rollouts.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of DesktopSupport, Help Desk, or End UserComputing experience.
• Experience supporting Windows10 and Windows11.
• Strong troubleshooting skillsfor hardware, software, printers, and mobiledevices.
• Experience with ActiveDirectory, Microsoft 365, and basicaccount administration.
• Knowledge of SCCM, MDT, Microsoft Intune, or Autopilot isa plus.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wirelessconnectivity.
• Experience with ticketingsystems such asServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, orsimilar.
• Excellent communicationand customer serviceskills.
• Ability to prioritizemultiple tasks ina fast-pacedenvironment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoftcertifications.
• Experiencesupporting enterprise environmentswith 500+ users.
• Experience with MicrosoftIntune, Azure ActiveDirectory, or MicrosoftEntra ID.
• Knowledge of Office365 administration.
• Experience supporting conferenceroom technology andaudiovisual equipment.
