Job summary

Think Consulting seeks an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to manage enterprise application packaging, testing, and deployment across Windows and macOS in Atlanta.

You will drive automation with PowerShell, oversee MECM/SCCM, Intune and Workspace ONE, respond to security vulnerabilities, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure, production-ready deployments that meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Desktop/Endpoint/Application Packaging experience.
• Hands-on with MECM/SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE or equivalent.
• Packaging apps with MSI, MSIX, App-V, etc.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience deploying software in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Familiarity with SDLC, release management and change control.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn and apply AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, and deploy Windows and macOS applications using enterprise endpoint management tools.
• Develop and maintain application packages using MSI, MSIX, App-V.
• Create and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate packaging, deployment, and remediation.
• Respond rapidly to security vulnerabilities with vendor updates and patches.
• Manage software deployments via MECM/SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Design scalable packaging and deployment solutions for reliability and performance.
• Monitor deployment success, troubleshoot failures, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Document deployment standards and change management processes.
• Explore new technologies and automation opportunities, including AI-driven capabilities.
