Job summary

Cyabra is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to own post-sale deployment and value realization for strategic enterprise clients. You will be embedded at the intersection of GTM and Product, building integrations, automating workflows, and ensuring clients extract maximum value from the Cyabra platform.

You will work with Sales, CSM, Product, and Engineering, turning complex deployments into repeatable success. Travel for client engagements and onsite deployments is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in forward deployment, solutions engineering, or technical implementation in a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience building integrations or automation workflows in enterprise environments.
• Ability to design effective LLM prompts and AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent communication with engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain custom integrations between Cyabra's platform and client data environments.
• Develop automation scripts and data pipelines to streamline ingestion and reporting.
• Provide technical enablement and advisory to clients post-sale.
• Collaborate with Sales, CSM, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption.
